Job Description
Knowles Wholesale Florist is looking for a Retail Sales Representative to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.
The Retail Sales Representative’s role is to help florist and floral designers that are registered with Knowles Wholesale Florist place their orders for fresh flowers and foliage, containers, and supplies. Keeping good records on clients flower purchases, understanding customer needs and wants and is ready to assist for the convenience of the clients.
Offering deals, specials and accurate analysis of the clients floral preferences. Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, and preparing sales reports. Retail Sales Representatives answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31,433.00 - $137,390.00 per year

Skills
- Computer experience and comfortability
- Great communication skills
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at
- a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding in colors is a plus
- Basic knowledge in flowers or interest in developing that knowledge
