Job description
We are looking for one VIP team member to fill the position of Supervisor/Manager for our booming floral business.

The following are a list of possible responsibilities and qualifications needed to excel in the position:

Strong management background in a customer service/sales based industry. Previous experience in floral design a bonus but not required. Desire to lead a team to create fresh floral, gift baskets, wedding/special event floral and plant arrangements while staying focused on sales, COGS and labor distribution. Ability to lead a team and set a positive example in a closely-knit work environment with multiple departments and responsibilities. Sales Focused with excellent customer service skills and willingness to learn new sales tactics as related to various projects. Ability to learn floral computer software and be comfortable pulling reports and data for better business unit performance. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently as well as within a team while leading the team. Self-motivated and driven to increase knowledge of products, customer preferences and sales initiatives.• Ability to provide regular and prompt attendance. Ability to interact with upper management via phone, email and face-to-face.

Things we are looking for in our new team member:

We are a fast-paced flower shop and are ideally looking for you to have 3+ years in a management position, floral design studio or everyday flower shop experience a plus but nor required but a service based environment (restaurants, hotels, etc.) is preferred.
